Location Data maps - Project description

The “location data maps” offers you the possibility to compare in a fast and simple way different locations.
The maps show information about infrastructure and municipal characteristics, which serve the decision making about investments and locations.
The preparation of the data takes place through maps. You get an outline with the most important location related information for each municipality
The data as well as their representation are regularly maintained and optimized.
Usage:
Through the selection of a map (e.g. inhabitant- density), you get a fast overview over the segmentation of the inhabitant-concentration in the IHK district Frankfurt (Oder). Through moving the cursor over the maps you get a brief information about the respective municipality. Through clicking on the respective municipality, you will get a corresponding expose as well as a direct link to the internet presentation.

The used statements are data from Amt für Statistik Berlin-Brandenburg, Agentur für Arbeit, Gesellschaft für Konsumforschung (GfK), and data from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry East Brandenburg.
